We offer a variety of suites tailored to individual residents’ needs for luxurious comfort and care through our four resident neighborhoods - Oak, Laurel, Sage and Willow. Each neighborhood provides the comfort of home with elegantly furnished living rooms and aviaries while offering resort-quality amenities, including aquariums, tall windows with a charming outdoor view and nursing stations for exceptional on-site healthcare. The Concierge is specifically designed for residents to be a part of a social community of family and friends.
Concierge Dining
We believe that an exceptional dining experience enhances lifestyle, longevity and overall resident happiness. Serving three wholesome meals and nutritious snacks daily, our culinary team strives to provide residents with cuisine that nourishes the body, heart and mind. With full-time chefs that cater to individual residents’ dietary needs and preferences, The Concierge offers a variety of savory dishes, salads and desserts. Our dedicated culinary team also prepares special meals for resident events and celebrates seasonal holidays from summer luaus to a Thanksgiving feast. Featuring tablecloths, beautiful lighting and a friendly wait staff, our welcoming dining environment is encourages residents, family and friends to gather around the table to share in lively conversation while enjoying a satiating meal together.

Nestled between the calm residential neighborhoods of Briarforest, Westchase and George Bush Park, The Concierge offers a private, premium lifestyle with accessibility to Houston’s culture. Our Italian-themed exterior features five acres of landscaped lawns and gardens in which residents may enjoy a stroll, as well as a large patio for entertainment, celebrations and taking in a breath of fresh air over the beautiful view. Located within close proximity to City Centre shops and dining, The Concierge is easily accessible by highways for visiting guests, making visits and running errands in the nearby community stress-free. Our beautifully-maintained grounds provides a tranquil home environment in the heart of West Houston that is removed from city noise but close enough to the action for residents to feel connected to the community.
24/7 Pet Boarding
The Concierge seeks to provide a personalized, luxurious lifestyle for our residents and their loved ones, including pets! We understand the importance of pet companionship to supplement a resident’s experience in our community and offer a 24/7 boarding facility designed with the comfort and needs of pets in mind so that residents may focus on themselves. Our free-standing pet facility offers dogs and cats premier enrichment through air-conditioned boarding kennels, an outdoor play area, baths and personalized attention. Available for full-time care for residents’ pets and day boarding for visiting guests’ pets, our staff feeds, walks, bathes and cares for a variety of dog and cat breeds and engages our local veterinarian if needed. If appropriate, The Concierge staff will bring residents’ pets to their rooms each day for a scheduled personal visit and companionship without the burden of pet care.
Movie Theater
The excitement and entertainment of a big-screen movie theater is right on-site with our traditional-style movie theater. Adorned with red velvet curtains and theater-style seating, our cinema serves up a combination of classic and contemporary films, as well as fresh, hot popcorn for viewers to enjoy while watching. Movies are featured daily at 2 p.m. Throughout the year, our theater features specially-themed movie weeks during which residents may revel in a week featuring James Bond adventures or Humphrey Bogart heartthrobs. A movie date with friends or loved ones is a resident favorite at The Concierge, as our cinema brings the ambiance of a theater show time and entertainment without the hassle or cost.
Ice Cream Parlor
Residents enjoy a step back in time with an ice cream cone at our black and white tiled Ice Cream Parlor. Offering a variety of favorite flavors in an inviting atmosphere of ice cream parlors of the past, our Ice Cream Parlor is located in a popular resident area for easy socializing with friends and guests. The parlor opens to our back porch for our residents to enjoy beautiful views of our landscaping in a casual, relaxed setting. Whether ordering a handmade sundae, banana split or ice cream cone, residents enjoy reminiscing with friends and conversing with family and our caring staff in our Ice Cream Parlor.
